Objective
Build disruptive products fast & create content
My goal is to continue to develop innovative products that solve real-wold problems while keeping up with market demands and adapting to changing requirements quickly. The way to achieve this is to streamline the development and go to market process with the mindset to continuously deliver value to end users.
Satisfied end-users = successful products.
I continue my role in Product Design and I look to focus on the following:
Principles discussed in “Lean Startup”.
Streamline “Build —> Measure —> Learn” cycle when developing the product.
Ensure product value is being validated with each release of the product. MVP as is define is is “Minimum Value Product“.
Ensure viable ROI is defined and realistic timelines are defined. If not, the product is doomed from the start due to artificial pressure.
Ensure MVP ties back to product roadmap and strategy.
Have fun through out the process.
This highlights a subset of focus areas in the art of product development, one will have to adapt, think outside the box and go beyond the call of duty to ensure high quality, high value product is released to the world.
